The University of Notre Dame, in partnership with Boston College, seeks a Program Director for Haciendo Caminos, a Lilly Endowment-funded Pathways for Tomorrow Initiative project committed to the formation of the next generation of Hispanic Catholic pastoral leaders in the United States. The project seeks to empower Latina and Latino ecclesial leaders, with particular focus on those born and/or raised in the U.S., through theological and ministerial formation at the graduate level. Eighteen Catholic theological institutions from around the country committed to the formation of Hispanic pastoral leaders are uniting efforts and bringing their best resources in creative ways, working together and with their local communities to meet this need.

This is a great opportunity for a Latina/o leader interested in working on a high-impact, national project.
